What the service is
Information on this site is general. Prices in our cost guides are published market ranges attributed to their sources; they are not quotes. TPS Trade Connect is a matching service: the tradies in our network are independent businesses, and any quote, contract or work is between you and them.
Quotes and work
Tradies quote directly to you, usually in writing. A quote becomes an agreement only between you and that tradie. TPS Trade Connect is not a party to the contract and does not set, guarantee or collect prices. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill, apply to the tradie's work.
Vetting
Vetting means the checks listed on How we vet at the time a tradie joined and as refreshed from time to time. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome. If something goes wrong, tell us; we follow up and may remove a tradie from the network.
Images and information
Some images on this site are illustrative and do not show specific jobs. Cost guides summarise published ranges from the sources named on each page; they are not quotes.
